Leadership: Responsible for all Canadian developed computer and telephony applications and infrastructure.
Support: Assist the Y2K Project Manager to develop procedures, identify risks, manage change and create contingency plans. This was for buildings, mainframe applications and shrink-wrapped software, within a global context.
Result: Very smooth roll-over to Y2K, for all Amex, Partner and 3rd Party software and infrastructure.
